Fees & Payment

My fee are: 

• $160 for a 50 minute therapy session

• $256 for a 80 minute therapy session

• 736 for a half-day Intensive EMDR session

 

My services as a registered social worker are tax exempt.  Payment can be made by e-transfer to PattyHillsRSW@gmail.com, or credit card.  Once payment is received, I will send you a receipt by email that you can submit to your benefits provider for reimbursement, or to retain for your records for tax purposes.

Clients registered with  the Victim Quick Response Program (VQRP) and Dalton Encompas Program (OPPA) reimburse me directly so there is no out of pocket expenses for clients participating in these programs unless there is a late cancellation.

At the time of case assignment, clients are offered a weekly appointment that occurs at the same date and time each week.  For clients preferring greater flexibility, biweekly or week to week bookings are also available.

Advanced notice of 48 hours is required to cancel or reschedule your session without acquiring a late cancellation charge.
